NexoRidePK operates a digital marketplace that connects passengers with independent fleet partners who provide chauffeur and transfer services. We are a software platform only. We do not own vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transport services ourselves.
Every journey is a contract between you and the fleet partner you select. NexoRidePK is not a party to that contract.
NexoRidePK does not collect, hold, or process ride fares. The fare shown on a bid is agreed directly between the passenger and the fleet partner, and is paid directly to that partner.
Because we never hold your fare, we cannot issue refunds for a journey. Fare disputes must be raised with your fleet partner. We can assist by providing booking records and, where a partner repeatedly fails to honour agreed fares, by removing them from the platform.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared.
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract under Pakistani law to hold an account.
When a passenger requests a journey, verified fleet partners may submit sealed bids. Bids are binding offers: if a passenger accepts a bid, the partner is committed to providing the journey described at the fare quoted.
Passengers are under no obligation to accept any bid. Bids expire if not accepted within the stated window.
Fleet partners pay to use the platform through NexoCredits, purchased in advance. Credits are consumed only when a passenger accepts that partner's bid. Unsuccessful bids do not consume credits.
We may change credit pricing with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect credits already purchased.
Before bidding on any journey, a fleet partner must hold and maintain all documentation required under Pakistani law, including but not limited to valid vehicle registration, a current fitness certificate, any applicable route permit, passenger insurance, and licensed drivers.
Partners are solely responsible for the legality, safety and condition of their vehicles and the conduct of their drivers. NexoRidePK reviews documents at onboarding but cannot detect a document that expires or is cancelled afterwards.
Passengers must not damage vehicles, travel under circumstances that endanger the driver, or use the platform to arrange anything unlawful. Partners may decline or end a journey where they reasonably believe their safety is at risk.
Ratings must reflect genuine experience. We may remove ratings that are abusive, fraudulent, or submitted to manipulate a partner's ranking, and may suspend accounts that do so.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexoRidePK is not liable for loss, injury, delay, damage or dispute arising from a journey, from a partner's conduct, or from a partner's failure to hold valid insurance or documentation. Our role is limited to facilitating the connection between passenger and partner.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, provides false information, or presents a safety risk. Where an account is closed for breach, unused credits may be forfeited.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction.
